* Missed out on the last ~2 minutes because of Window 2 gig file size limit. Patch provided by Jeff Betts and Neil Bowers
for those couple minutes. They run 483's>v3>vx pocket v2>samplitude 7.02 on a Toshiba 3490 (24bit/48kHz)
Patched seemlessly. Since we're running the same mics, you can't tell the difference.

Ah What a Show!!!!
I was at this show, what a way to spend the new years!!!! I can remember having to find tickets before the show and palying a large wad on them. And how can I forget the beers in the pub :). If you have never been to the Crystal Ball room I highly recomend going, the floor is on a huge bladder, so it bounces as you dance. We were all groovin all night long.

This is an excellent Kimock show. His NYE shows are always a showcase of his guitar ability...
But...Dr. Zaius isn't a funny composition at all!!! The subject matter of the song is very serious, and it is based in all minor chords...
Also...How can you compare Kimock to SCI or Phish. Do some research folks...!!!

kimock is great but the sound quality is lacking
this is a fabulous kimock show, but the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired. check the terrapin hill show from sept 24-04, or just find a higly reviewed Kimock show and download a song to make sure. Sorry, but the quality of this recording is subpar compared to the other Kimock shows on archive.

dr. zaius is one of THE MOST halarious compositions i've ever heard. kudos on recording
Never was really a fan until I heard this set! The sound quality actually took me TO Portland for this gig...you can hear it as well as if it were a studio CD, although you can, of course, tell it's a live recording...every nuance brings his emotion into your soul, where the mood he creates takes you to a place, somewhere between SCI and Phish, but with that certain "something" that can't be defined...definitely worth a listen!
